A little studio for big feelings.

MakeASCIIArt is a lightweight creative website for people who want to make something personal without learning a big design app.

Two ways to make something

Sticker & Image Art: start with a finished design, personalize the name or message, and download an image to share.

ASCII Art: make real character-based art from text or an image and copy it into messages, Markdown, or text files.

What makes it simple?

No account is needed for these tools. Artwork editing and image-to-character conversion run in your browser. You choose what to copy or download; we do not upload your messages or images to generate artwork.

Who makes MakeASCIIArt?

MakeASCIIArt is an experimental creative tool operated by Inkblock Lab LLC. The floral card and character art examples are created with our own browser-based tools.
